Aerospace Education Overview Aerospace Education is defined as that branch of general education concerned with communicating knowledge, skills, and attitudes about aerospace activities and the total impact of air and space vehicles upon society. To achieve its aerospace education mission, CAP has developed many programs. These programs can be divided into two major parts; Member (formerly known as Internal Programs) and Outreach (formerly known as External Programs). Member programs are those programs designed to help promote aerospace among CAP members, both cadets and seniors. The Outreach programs are designed to promote aerospace to America's schools (including K-12 and beyond), aerospace organizations and the general public. |
